What I particularly loved was their transparency; they explained every step they would take during the repair. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and they even called me when parts arrived. My car was ready sooner than I expected, and it looked fantastic! They even touched up some scratches I didn’t mention! My only suggestion would be to improve their waiting area, as it could use a bit more comfort for customers who have to wait.
